相手の「準備はできてる？」という質問に対して、「たぶん大丈夫だと思うけど、まあ固定観念を崩される心の準備ができていることを願うよ（笑）」と少しお茶目に答えているニュアンスです。

We're diving into this fascinating philosophy called Transurfing. 

And we're using these books by Vadim Zeland.

Right.

One is Reality Transurfing.

Okay.

And the other one is called Hacking the Technogenic System.

Yeah.

So hopefully those two sources will give us like a nice, well-rounded view of this whole concept.

Absolutely.

The goal here is to walk away understanding at least the basics of Transurfing. 

ここでの目標は、少なくともトランサーフィンの基本を理解した状態で番組を終える［理解を持ち帰る］ことです。

walk away: （話し合いや番組、経験などの場所から）去る、終えて離れる、持ち帰る

単に「理解する」だけでなく、「このセッションや会話が終わった時点で、しっかり理解が身についた状態になっておく」という結果や達成感（知識を自分のものとして持ち帰る感）を含んだ表現です。

And how does that actually work in our lives?

句動詞「work in」の意味とニュアンス

この文脈における work と in は「work in（組み込む、滑り込ませる）」というフレーズではなく、work（機能する・作用する） ＋ in our lives（私たちの生活の中で） という形で組み合わさっています。

Yeah. And then especially, 

we'll take a close look at pendulums.

and what we can actually do about them. Yeah.

Absolutely.

 Let's go for it.

前向きな勢い: ためらわずに一歩踏み出す積極的な気持ち。

Okay. So let's start with one of the core ideas in Transurfing, 

which is this thing called the space of variations.

Okay.

So what is that in the nutshell?

in a nutshell

Well, basically, 

imagine every possible version of your life exists all at the same time,

 like all at once right now.

あなたの人生のあらゆる可能性のあるバージョンが、すべて同時に、つまり今この瞬間にも同時に存在していると想像してみてください。

All at once, every choice, every outcome. 

Whoa. And that's the space of variations.

トランサーフィン』という哲学の中で登場する

 "the space of variations"（バリエーションの空間 / 可能性の空間）

という表現では、

「人生で起こり得るあらゆるパターンや選択肢、結果」という意味で使われています。

variation: 起こり得る「さまざまな可能性のパターン（パラレルワールドのような異なるバージョンの現実）」

space: それらすべてが格納されている「領域・空間」

つまり、「自分の人生に存在し得る無数のバリエーション（可能性）があらかじめ揃っている場所」という概念を表しています。

It's a field of infinite potential realities. 

それは、無限の潜在的な現実が存在する場（領域）なんだ。

バディム・ゼランドの『トランサーフィン』という哲学を踏まえると、

「人生で起こり得るあらゆる選択肢や結果

（パラレルワールドのような可能性）が、

あらかじめすべて用意されている空間」のこと。

infinite　無限の

Yeah. So kind of like a cosmic library with endless books, 

and each one tells a different story of your life.

Every possible choice we could ever make that already exists out there.

It's a big concept, I know.

Yeah, but that is a lot.

But Zeland gives a pretty good analogy in Reality Transurfing.

analogy「例え」「比喩（ひゆ）」「類似点」

Okay.

He talks about water flowing through a pipe.

Okay.

And then it freezes and it forms ice crystals.

Okay.

And each crystal is unique, right?

Yeah.”

Just like each potential reality 

and the water represents the raw energy of possibility, 

and the freezing is kind of like our thoughts and energy 

giving shape to that potential.

Just like each potential reality

potential reality: 「潜在的な現実（まだ実現していないけれど、存在する可能性のある現実）」

意味: 「それぞれの潜在的な現実も（結晶と同じように）ひとつひとつ異なっている」

the water represents the raw energy of possibility

represent: 〜を表す、象徴する

raw energy: 生（き）のエネルギー、加工されていない原初的な力

意味: 「水は、まだ形になっていない『可能性そのもののエネルギー』を象徴している」

the freezing is kind of like our thoughts and energy...

freezing: 凍ること、凝固（形を固めるプロセス）

kind of like: 〜のようなもの

意味: 「水が凍るという現象は、私たちの思考や意識のエネルギーに似ている」

...giving shape to that potential

give shape to A: Aに形を与える、Aを具現化・具体化する

意味: 「（形のない水が氷になるように）私たちの思考やエネルギーが、無限の可能性に『現実』という形を与えている」

「それぞれの潜在的な現実（の姿）が水は可能性という生のエネルギーを表していて、（氷の結晶のような）ものであり、それが凍るプロセスは、私たちの思考やエネルギーがその可能性に形を与えるようなものなんだ。」

So our thoughts and intention 「つまり、私たちの思考や意図というのは、

that they're like the mold 『金型（型）』のようなものなんだね。」

mold（モールド / 型、鋳型、金型）

名詞: 粘土や金属、樹脂などを流し込んで特定の形を作るための「型・枠組」

動詞: （〜を）形作る、かたどる

that kind of shapes which reality we experience from all those possibilities that are out there.

世の中に存在する無数の可能性の中から、私たちがどの現実を体験するかを形作る

Exactly. 

We're not just passive observers, 

we're actively influencing which channel of reality we tune into.

actively: 主体的に、能動的に（ただ待つのではなく自ら動いて）

influencing: 〜に影響を与えている

which channel of reality: 現実のどのチャンネル（テレビのチャンネルのように、無数にある現実のパターンのうちどれか）

we tune into: 私たちが波長・意識を合わせる

I like that.”

“With our thoughts and our energy.

So it's a pretty empowering idea.

empowering idea（力を与えてくれる考え方 / 自信や希望を持たせるアイデア）

empowering: 人に自信や力、コントロール感を与える、やる気を起させる

It is, but it's also kind of scary at the same time.

Right.

You know, like it comes with a lot of responsibility.

Yeah.

If we're shaping our reality,

 why isn't everybody living their dream life 

and having everything they've ever wanted?

Why isn't everybody in paradise?

Right.

Yeah.

xactly. Like what's stopping us? Yeah.

So that's where the idea of pendulums come in.
